A Facility Built for Results

After years of research and development, we introduced our proprietary Millennium Anodizing Process, a new anodizing technology driven by programmed computer process controls interfaced with next generation rectifiers engineered to our exact specifications. Finally to our systems, we added the most advanced custom chemistry available, working with the first air-cooled chillers to be utilized in the anodizing industry in the country. The introduction of these new air-cooled chillers, versus the old water cooled systems, it reduced the water consumptions associated with our anodizing process by more than 50 percent, saving our customers thousands of dollars while also saving millions of gallons of water.

 To fully utilize this advanced technology, Pittsburgh Anodizing Company built a state-of-the-art anodizing facility. Our 12,000 sq. ft. facility offers the following:
