	Special racking instructions (if required)
	Is a Certification for the coating required?
	Is masking/plugging required? (some parts, especially with threaded holes, will require plugging and or masking)
	Your company information (Contact, Address, Phone, Fax)
	How to deliver/ship the part (s) when completed
	Total number of pieces
